Table palms for office decoration

Table palm easily grows in the indoor condition in the young stage of palm with low maintenance. Table palm is perennial evergreen palm in Arecaceae family. Leaves are medium sized, single trunked fan palm.

Some types of palms withstand snow and below-zero temperatures. Winter protection – If your indoor palms move outside for summer, bring them back indoors for winter, once nighttime temperatures fall near 50 to 55 degrees Fahrenheit. In spring, wait until all danger of frost passes before you move palms back outdoors.

Grows best in the partial shade when young and full sun when mature.
Watering should be done early in the morning if the soil feels dry to touch.
Avoid waterlogging condition.
Apply organic fertilizer in early monsoon and spring season.
Prune the lower leaves which turn brown.
