Parsley Moss Curled – Herb Seeds

Moss Curled Parsley is the variety preferred for use as a garnish. Leaves can be harvest as soon as large enough and will reshoot.

Although not one of the easiest plants to germinate, parsley is one of the most popular herbs and is one of the most used herbs in the kitchen. It is often used chopped and added to sauces, butters and for stuffing as well as for garnishes. It’s also a welcome addition to salads and cooked meats.

The plain flat leaf type has a stronger flavour than the curled leaf variety and both can be grown from seed. Once germinated they are easy in grow, however germination can be poor if the right conditions are not given.
