Pak Choy Green – Microgreen Seeds
Pak Choi is a pale green microgreen with a slightly sweet, robust flavor. Pak Choy microgreens are a little more sensitive to light, so keep in lower light conditions once you expose to light on the 3rd or 4th day. You can get a fresh batch of pak choi microgreens every 10 days if you want, making it a great microgreen for beginners. It is a great source of vitamins B2, B6, C, A, K, beta carotene, folic acid, iron, calcium, manganese, magnesium, thiamin, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, and zinc.
Grow BOK CHOY MCROGREENS for its crisp flesh and cabbage-like flavor which is a quick, delicate, and nutrient-rich crop that can be added to salads or eaten fresh.
*Fill your container with cocopeat (1/1.5 inch deep), Add water lightly, and make sure the media is moist, not wet.
*Generously sprinkle seeds over coco peat and press in lightly.
*Liberally mist seeds with water and cover the container with a plastic lid.
*Sprinkle water daily as needed to keep the seeds moist.
*After 3-4 days remove the plastic lid to expose germinated seeds to sunlight.
*Water once a day while your microgreens grow and gain color.
*After 10-12 days your microgreens should be ready to harvest.
